At Aberstone & Compassion, we provide High Intensity Supports for participants with complex clinical and personal care needs, ensuring supports are delivered safely, respectfully, and with confidence. Our Support Workers receive specialised training to assist with a range of high intensity care requirements, including enteral feeding, insulin administration, catheter care, complex bowel care, dysphagia management, and other delegated health supports. We work closely with participants, families, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure every support plan is tailored to the individual, with a strong focus on safety, consistency, dignity, and quality of care.
